Background: The number of the breast surgical operations were increased in the last two decades, Breast conservation surgery is commonly used for treatment of breast cancer, it can be segmental mastectomy or localized lumpectomy.

The radiological features of the normal breast showed changes in the post-surgical status.

Aim: To evaluate the normal radiological changes of the post-operative breast and to differentiate it from tumor recurrence.
