To evaluate the role of ultrasonography in management of high-risk pregnancy

Abstract
High-risk pregnancies contribute significantly
to maternal and fetal complications. This study assesses the role of
ultrasonography, including Doppler imaging, in managing such pregnancies.
Conducted on 50 high-risk pregnant women, the study found a strong correlation
between abnormal Doppler findings and adverse fetal outcomes. The findings support
ultrasonography as a crucial tool for early diagnosis and intervention in
high-risk pregnancies.
